DIY Wedding Date Sign

Hi there.  I can't believe it.  It is Spring Break...  I am SO thankful my job gets a week off every March {and October, December oh and there's that whole summer thang}.  I will be heading to TEXAS this weekend and I am so excited to see some of my favorite people.  Tall Tan Man was suppose to go and then he went and got himself promoted.  Gesh... :)  I am so proud of the all the hard work he has put into this career.

Alright, onto this little project.  We have had {this} Christmas sign up since...well...Christmas.  I didn't have a non seasonal sign so I decided to make one during our latest Walking Dead marathon.  I saw the idea on pinterest way back when, and it is from {Nalle's House} blog.

Supplies:

Canvas {15x30}
Numbers Printed
Pencil
Black Paint
Black Paint Pen {Optional}

Directions:

1. Print your wedding date.  I used Stencil font and the size 650.

2.  Cut out the numbers and  arrange them on the canvas.

3.  Stencil the numbers on the canvas.

4.  Fill in the number with paint.  You could use a paint pen to trace the outside of the numbers.  Painting a strait edge can be a challenge...

There you go!

I am so happy how it turned out!

Alright, I am going to try to stay up late tonight...by late I mean 10:30.  :/
