No Sew Desk Curtain

Last week I showed ya'll my newly designed desk area with my DIY looooove sign.  This area was a mess...

I did not know how to balance organizing all my crafts, and making it cute at the same time.  I decided the area under the desk was needed for storage so I made a NO sew curtain.  I knew I wanted it to look nice and professional, but I was not in the mood for sewing.  I picked up one of these at Wal-Mart for $5.

Gotta love cheap twin sheets.  I also picked up a tension rod from Big Lots, and I already had safety pins.  First, I cut the curtain about 4 inches longer than what would be showing.  Second, I folded over my sheet about 1.5ish inches and began safety pinning.

This left enough room for my tension rod to fit through, and also to be hidden under the desk.  I wouldn't quiet call this post organizing, because all I am doing is hiding an area that may or may not be messy right now...haha

Here are two more of my desk items I am digging....

Have a happy week!!!

  1. Different desks were anyway consistently intended to establish a connection with anybody going into a room and confronting the individual sitting behind the desk.
